Privacy Policy

The H7 app (iOS, Android, web) helps you track your physical activity and your progress through the H0-H8+ belt system. We protect your privacy in accordance with the GDPR and in a spirit of minimalism: we collect only what is necessary for the app to work, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

We process only the data you provide to us yourself or that is generated by your activity in the app:

• Account: email address, username and, optionally, a profile photo and year of birth.
• Activity log: the type of activity, its duration and the date, which you mark as completed in the app.
• Optional connection to Apple Health / Google Health Connect: only with your explicit consent. From Google Health Connect (Android) we read only the duration of your exercise sessions; from Apple Health (iOS) we read step counts and minutes of activity - in order to add them to your weekly H-level. Details on Health Connect are set out below.
• Support: the content of messages you send us through in-app support or by email.
• Technical logs: device type and app version (only if an error occurs, so that we can fix it).

We use your data solely to make the app work for you: to display your progress, calculate your weekly H-level, synchronize data between your devices and respond to your support requests. We do not use it for advertising and do not pass it on to third parties for marketing.

The data is stored with the provider Supabase in data centers in the European Union. Transmission between the app and the server is encrypted (TLS).

We do not share, sell or provide your data for marketing purposes. The only exceptions are essential processors: Supabase (database hosting), Apple and Google (app delivery and push notifications) and Apple Health / Google Health Connect, and only to the extent that you allow.

The website www.h7active.com stores cookies and similar data in your browser only with your consent, except for those that are strictly necessary. You give your consent in the banner on your first visit and can change it at any time via the Cookie settings link in the website footer.

• Necessary: storing your consent choice in the browser. Cannot be turned off.
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, loaded via Google Tag Manager. They help us understand how you use the website and improve it.
• Marketing: measuring the effectiveness of ads and personalizing them on third-party platforms (Google, Meta).

Without consent, these tools do not store cookies; Google receives only anonymous signals without identifiers (Consent Mode v2).

You have the right to access, rectify, port and erase your data. You can carry out most of these actions directly in the app (Profile → Personal data, or Delete account). For any question or request, you can contact us at info@h7active.cz.

The app is intended for users aged 13 and over. For children under 13, we recommend using the app under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

On Android, H7 connects to Health Connect so that the app's core fitness features can work. With your explicit consent, H7 reads only the duration of your exercise sessions (ExerciseSessionRecord) - no other type of data. We do not read steps, heart rate, calories, location, sleep or weight. Access is read-only and only while the app is open; H7 does not read data from Health Connect in the background.

• READ_EXERCISE - we add up the duration of your workouts into a weekly total of active minutes, which determines your H-belt (H1 = 60 min/week up to H7 = 7 h/week). This is the app's core feature; without this permission, H7 cannot calculate your activity.
• READ_HEALTH_DATA_HISTORY - allows the History tab to display your activity and progress older than 30 days (otherwise Health Connect limits reading to the last 30 days).
• We use your exercise data solely to provide these features to you. We never sell or share it, never use it for advertising and never use it for decisions about employment, insurance or credit.
• We store imported activities on our secure servers only for synchronization between your devices. You can revoke access at any time in Settings → Health Connect → App permissions → H7.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect the development of the app. You will always find the date of the last change at the top of this page.
