Delete your account and personal data

The quickest way is to delete your account directly in the H7 mobile app. It only takes a few steps:

1. Open the H7 app (iOS or Android) and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Scroll all the way down and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm by typing the confirmation word shown in the app.

The deletion takes place immediately. All the data listed below is permanently removed from the Supabase servers within a few seconds.

If you no longer have access to the app (for example, because you changed your device or forgot your password), send us a request at info@h7active.cz from the email address registered to your H7active account.

• Subject: Account deletion request
• In the body, state the email address of the account to be deleted.
• We will process the request within 30 days; usually within 48 hours.

We will permanently delete all personal data associated with your account in the H7active app:

• Profile: email address, username, profile photo, year of birth.
• Activity records: all activities you have marked as completed in the app.
• Weight and measurement history.
• Records of H-levels achieved and leaderboards.
• Messages sent through in-app support.
• Connection to Apple Health / Google Health Connect (permission token).

For operational and security reasons, we may retain, for a short period, anonymized technical records from which your account can no longer be identified:

• Server security logs - for a maximum of 30 days, then deleted automatically.
• Database backups - rotating backups are overwritten in a cycle of no more than 7 days.
• Aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics.

Simply uninstalling the app from your phone does not delete your account or its data. If you want to be removed completely, use one of the procedures above.
