Most of us move less today than ever before.
Not because we don't want to. But because everything around us is about performance, pace, kilometers, PBs. So we'd rather give up.
H7 doesn't ask you for performance.
It asks for time.
How it works
- 01
Find your level
Open the app and find out what level you're at today: anywhere from white belt to black.
- 02
Pick your movement
Over 100 activities to choose from. You don't have to run a marathon - a brisk walk around the block will do.
- 03
Keep moving up
Belt by belt, month by month. At your own pace, no rush and no pressure.
The belt journey
Seven belts. One journey.
H1 to H7 are levels based on how many hours a week you move. Every extra hour is a new belt - from white to black.
What changes when you move
Your heart works better. Your blood pressure drops. Your sleep gets deeper. And in time, you'll notice it even without a scale.

Jana, 61
She started by walking around the block. Today her blood pressure is lower, she sleeps better and climbs stairs faster than she did at forty.

Marek, 38
Two kids, an office job, no time. Two years later: a green belt, the office kilos gone and a back that no longer hurts.

Tomáš, 52
He's never raced. He moves for an hour a day, and after years his doctor finally praised his blood pressure and cholesterol.
No pace.No kilometers.No calories.
We count hours.
Running, walking, swimming or dancing: every hour of movement counts.
Which activities to choose?Just one question
You're at H3. Orange belt.
You're one hour a week away from the green belt.
Slide and let go. No sign-up.

Who's behind it
Petr Vabroušek has finished over 250 Ironman races, won marathons in Antarctica and at the North Pole, and trains 20 to 35 hours a week.
And he says an hour a day is all you need.
The H7 system was developed in collaboration with MUDr. Hana Štefaničová, a cardiologist and sports physician.
